Draw Audit Privacy Notice

This notice explains how ABA Intl uses information submitted through the ABA | Draw Audit landing page and customer intake form.

Information collected

The intake form may collect your name, email address, country, time zone, order number, experience level, relevant equipment details, training context, submitted metrics, objectives, physical limitations you voluntarily disclose, and private links to training videos or target photographs.

Purpose

The information is used to verify your purchase, evaluate the submitted material, prepare and deliver your individual Draw Audit, provide permitted follow-up support, maintain basic business records, prevent abuse and respond to customer-service requests.

Payment information

Payment is processed on the ABA Intl WooCommerce checkout. The Draw Audit landing page and intake form do not directly collect or store card information.

Video and image links

Video and target-photo files remain with the file-sharing provider you choose. ABA Intl receives only the links you submit. You are responsible for configuring those links so they can be viewed for the duration of the analysis.

Retention

Submitted footage is deleted from ABA Intl working records within 30 days after delivery of the audit, unless you provide separate written authorization for another use. Basic order, payment, delivery and customer-service records may be retained for legitimate administrative, tax, fraud-prevention and legal purposes.

No automatic marketing permission

Purchasing or submitting a Draw Audit does not authorize ABA Intl to publish your name, footage, results, target images or testimonial. Public or promotional use requires separate, specific written consent.

Sharing

Information is not sold. It may be processed by service providers necessary to operate the website, receive payment, deliver email, host files or fulfill the purchased service. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably required by law or to protect rights, safety and system integrity.

Your responsibilities

Submit only material you lawfully possess and have the right to share. Do not submit footage depicting real-world violence, criminal activity, minors, confidential operational information or unrelated sensitive personal information.

To request access, correction or deletion of eligible Draw Audit information, contact lucas@abaintl.us and include your order number.
